Lost Love

This is a song about a man who has just gone through the traumatic heart brake of losing his wife or girlfriend.  He feels devastated because he still loves her deeply and expresses the difficulty it bears on his heart.  He thinks about her often and states he misses the way she would look at him with love and admiration.  He states love that is lost, is the hardest thing to deal with, it constantly eats at you, leaving you with a hole in your heart.  But he finally embraces the inevitable, still holding on to loving memories but accepting that she’s gone.  He expresses that one day he’ll find someone to love him again.
