This song is about a man who is pondering his current relationship with his wife. As time passes on he wonders whether he should have gotten married or not. He has come to realize being married is harder than he thought it would be. He states that time and distance have changed his mind and his perspective. He found that through some time alone he regretted having those feelings and realizes his love for her is genuine.
